Boris Milan is an 8x Latin Grammy winner and 3x Grammy nominee working in Miama, Florida. He will present his use of the Vanguard Audio Labs Vanguard V13 Tube Condenser and Vanguard V1S Stereo Pencil Condenser Kit from his sessions, and be answering a Q&A. His credits include Carlos Santana, Shakira, Placido Domingo, and more.
Cesar Mejia is a platinum engineer and producer from Los Angeles, California. His legendary credits list includes work with Herbie Hancock, Terrace Martin, Fredo Ortiz, Joni Mitchell, Sting, will.i.am, and more. Cesar will be presenting his use of the Vanguard V13 Tube, V4 FET, V44S Stereo FET, and V1S Pencil microphones at his recent session with drummer Fredo Ortiz (Beastie Boys, Los Lobos, and more).
José Diogo Neves is an award-winning Portuguese engineer working in Tallinn, Estonia. He regularly uses Vanguard microphones in his sessions, especially the V1 Pencil Condensers with LOLLI capsules and the V44S Stereo FET Condenser. His credits include Tonik Ensemble, Greg Osby, Sander Molder, Renato Diz, Einar Andra, and more.
Lucas Pimentel is a multi-gold and platinum engineer. Born in Brazil, he moved to Los Angeles in 2004. He has multiple #1 charting iTunes and Billboard credits, as well as #1 hits in Russia, Brazil, and Mexico. He can often be seen working and accompanying sessions in some of Los Angeles’ state of the art studios such as Capitol Studios, United Recording, East West Studios and sound-stages like Fox, Sony, Eastwood (Warner Bros). He will be demonstrating the use of his V13 Tube Condenser and V1S+LOLLI Stereo Multi-Capsule Pencil Condenser Kit on vocals, piano, guitar, and more.
