Rozhan Razman, the youngest of three brothers, was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His involvement with music began with a tiny Casio toy keyboard but soon upgraded to the Electone Organ, at the age of 8 years old. In his teens, friends had influenced him to pick up the Guitar. After graduating from high school, with the kind support and approval of his beloved parents, Rozhan pursued his musical passion enrolling at the International College of Music studying Music Production & Technology, graduating as an Electric Guitar major.
In 2005, Rozhan moved to the U.S.A. to further his studies at the Berklee College of Music, dual-majoring in Contemporary Writing & Production and Bass Performance. During his 13 years living in Boston and New York City, he toured the country, owned a recording studio in Brooklyn, and has worked with many artists and musicians both as a bass player and recording/mixing engineer. A few select names that come to mind include Solange, Monica, Steve Gadd, Wayne Krantz, Dave Binney, Chris Potter, Bilal, Me’shelle N’degeochello, Joe Hisaishi.
