Jeremy Goody is a Grammy-nominated producer/engineer and the owner/operator of Megasonic Sound. Megasonic Sound is a recording facility located in Oakland, California. Designed by the TEC Award-winning Pelonis Acoustics, Megasonic is equipped with three recording rooms and a master control room.

Jeremy recently picked up a V44S gen2 FET Stereo Condenser. Here’s what he had to say about it:

The V44S gen2 really kicked @$$ at every task I put it through: drum overheads, lead and group vocals, and even over the crazy prepared piano! It never buckled under pressure and delivers a great open sound without getting harsh or thin…I have quickly become a huge fan of Vanguard mics.
