One of our favorite tandems rides again! Josh Turner has teamed up with Allison Young once again to release a new 5-song EP.

The aptly-named “May 9-12” was written, arranged, and recorded during those 4 days by Josh and Allison. They also released several music videos, including this inventive one called “Samba Ukulele” involving shadow puppets and some clever vocal/body percussion arrangement. Allison and Josh both split using the Vanguard

Josh and Allison were also kind enough to provide me with some isolated sections of Allison’s wonderful vocals. While they are processed, they are excellent representations of what the V13 can do on female vocal, which is one of my favorite applications for it.
